March 13, 1999 - Everyone travels on (1) Washington Avenue to get to all the parties. The (2) Ultra Beach Music Festival at 21st Street Beach was the place to begin Raving on Saturday afternoon and end the night at the (3) Ultra Beach Music Festival After-Party at Warsaw. In between all that action we saw (4) Fatboy Slim at Astralwerks Party at the Cameo Theatre and met (5) Tracy, Cathy, Mea at the Sm:)e - Paper Party on the Roof of the Sony Building.
